Joint Crisis Committee: Chinese Civil War (Mao)

As the Japanese officially surrendered in 1945, the conflict between the Kuomintang and the Chinese Communist Party has ramped up; both sides prepare for greater conflict. Negotiation attempts prove futile amid additional violence from both sides, with continued war appearing as the only option; the Second United Front, led by Chiang Kai-shek and Mao Zedong, has crumbled in the absence of a common enemy. In this side of the Joint Crisis Committee, delegates will take on the role of important Chinese Communist Party leaders and allies working to achieve victory for the influential Mao Zedong and the Communist ideology that the other committee, the Kuomintang, warn against. While managing humanitarian assistance, foreign intervention, and the logistics of war, delegates must work together to achieve the common goal of obtaining all of China. Will the Chinese Communist Party prevail, or will the oppressive Kuomintang continue to suppress the Communist ideology across China? The fate of China lies in your hands.
