Schedule and Logistics
Room Locations
Opening and closing ceremonies will be hosted in the PHAME Theater, the tall building located directly infront of the parking lot (in the green rectangle towards the bottom of the map). All committee rooms will be found on the second floor of the 800 building, the two story building directly across from the school entrance (rooms are circled in green). The advisor lounge and concessions will be located on the first floor of the 800 building, and bathrooms will be found on both levels (all three are marked with a green rectangle on the map).

Advisor Policy
We do not require advisors to stay for the entire conference. However, advisors must be present for all events outside of committee, including opening ceremonies, lunch, and closing ceremonies.
